About the idiot.

His PhD has focused on using a wide variety of molecular techniques (qPCR, LC-MS/MS, biosensors, resistance assays) to characterize the developmentally regulated immunity pathway Age-Related Resistance in the host plant species A. thaliana. His Master’s focused on the plant pathogen P. syringae and using in vitro assays to examine antimicrobial resistance of P. syringae to antimicrobial compounds found in plants.
